With over 20 years of experience as a financial services professional. He has provided financial consulting services for cases including M&A, fairness opinions, valuations, due diligence, bankruptcies, shareholder disputes, restructuring, and turnaround management for numerous private and public companies.

Prior to DnXR, he held a variety of positions in the investment banking industry, primarily focused on developing new business and executing transactions. Mr. Müllers holds a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Noah Schaffhauser

Mr. Schaffhauser has experience with investment banking mandates across a variety of industry verticals including, Business Services, Consumer Products & Technology, Energy, Building & Industrial Products, Private Label Manufacturing and others.

Mr. Schaffhauser earned a Master of Business Administration from W.P. Business School and also holds a B.S. from GISMA. He is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and relationship management.
